| - We come here often, for only one reason; the food. Tonight we had a less than exceptional experience. There were four people in line when we walked in, and it took close to 15 minutes for us to get to the front. It appeared as though one of the employees was training, right in the middle of the dinner rush. By the time we placed our order, we looked behind us and the line was out the door - nearly 15+ people were there and there was absolutely no urgency from the employees. They were messing around with each other and laughing, while their neglected patrons stood in line, patiently. I'm not saying a work environment has to be extremely strict, however, make sure your customers are taken care of first. Once we finally made it out of Chipotle and ate at home - our chicken was on fire - SO spicy. As I have said before, we come here often, and know how the chicken should taste (my tongue is still burning). Tonight we had a poor experience with the customer service AND the food. It would be nice if the management could take this matter into their hands and train their employees on the importance of urgency (especially during lunch/dinner rushes), etiquette, respect, attention to detail, work ethic, and communication. Until then, we'll be heading to a different location.
