  • I hate to leave a bad review but this dental office does not deserve my business. I made an appointment with Rainsprings Dental Group because I am new to the area and needed a local dentist. I found the office using yelp and immediately made an appointment because of all the good reviews. I also used the address listed on yelp to find the location which is NOT correct! I ended up at their old location and luckily was early enough to get to the new location on time. I provided all my insurance information hours before my appointment. After waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time I was finally called up to the desk and was advised they were unable to verify my Insurance with the provider. At that point the insurance office was already closed as they are on EST and I was not not able to see the Dr. I work for an insurance carrier and I know it takes a matter of minutes to verify insurance. I am extremely upset that this office wasted 45 minutes of my time and waited till after my appointment time to verify insurance. I will not be rescheduling an appointment!
