| - To Whom it may concern, I have been the proud owner of many Apple products over the years. Recently 6/30/16, I had an appointment with the Genius Bar at the Apple Store inside the Forum shops at Caesars, Las Vegas for my MacBook Pro, iPad, and iPhone 6S. I was pleasantly greated and helped by 3 different technicians who specialized with each issue, on each device, during my visit. The geniuses who helped me were Gormo -MacBookpro, Manuel -iPhone 6S, & Taryn -iPad. I can not begin to express my extreme gratitude towards these 3 people. They each were exceptionaly knowledgeable about each product, incredibly patient with any concerns I may have had about the device and created an excellent Apple experience. Gormo, Manuel & Taryn have 100% sealed my loyalty towards the Apple brand. I already knew by owning an Apple product I would be receiving a state of the art device, but with the customer care and knowledge these 3 individuals provided, far surpassing any expectations I may have had, has made me want to only buy Apple products period. Gormo, Manuel, & Taryn are huge assets to your company and brand alike. I truly hope their hard work and dedication towards Apple is recognized. They are your soldiers on the ground who make Apple such a great company providing wonderful products and service. Thank you Apple for employeeing such an amazing staff such as Gormo, Manuel & Taryn!
