  • When we bought theatre seating from Creative Leather Arrowhead, they were very helpful and told us delivery would be in 4 to 6 weeks. It is written on our contract. Well, today is 6 weeks and no couch. They are now saying we should have it "by the end of the month"--another 2 weeks. I was not very diligent about reading the sales agreement but I have no recourse. No refunds. No exchanges. I cannot cancel even if they take 3 months to deliver. Not pleased at all with the performance of Creative Leather Furniture Arrowhead.
