Was in the area nearby and looking for a place to sit down with some friends. Found this place via Yelp and came in around 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night. There is free parking at the back and was relatively easy to find. Maybe it was rainy, or it was close to closing, but there was no one else inside when we arrived. This is mainly a console game centre, with many TVs and couches with wiiU, PS4 and VR although we came looking for board games. There was a decent selection but we just stuck with the basic (Catan). Board games are free as long as you order $5 worth of food/drinks, while the consoles are $4/half hour and VR at $20/half hour. The owner was extremely friendly and also took the time to explain some of the promos that they have (such as half off consoles on Tuesday, and tournaments throughout the week).
Hours are different between weekdays (10pm closing) and weekends (12 am). Wish there was more selection of drinks (e.g. lattes), but for the price there is no real complaint here. Will return if in the area!
