If I could give 0 stars for this location at the time I was there, I would. I Stood in line for a solid 8 minutes until I was actually acknowledged. Not cool. I was then acknowledged without even a hint that someone would take my order. 3 employees trying to straighten out someone else's prior order. 3 extra smoothies were made. I guess you could ask how many people does it take to change a lightbulb here? Probably more than 3. So, I just left and took my business elsewhere. It's pretty difficult when you strive hard to give your best customer service in the business I'm in and you don't receive it when you simply want a smoothie. Tropical Smoothie I love you, but this experience kinda sucked.
