  • I visited this location at approx 2:25 on Saturday 4/29/17. Ms Pat took my order efficiently and was quick to point out that gift cards were not covered and that it was too late to get this delivered for Monday. No smile and no positive tone was observed. When she went to enter my shipment she pitched a fit that her coworker did not change the date on the system. She had major attitude with the coworker who tried to defend herself. This appalling behavior was all done in the lobby in front of myself and another customer. After my transaction was completed I made it clear to Pat that her behavior was inappropriate, unprofessional and that she should be ashamed of herself. I will not be shipping anything from this location going forward and I will be sure to share what I saw. Just shameful.
