  • Being right across the street from my home, we decided to try Mindy's when our normal tech was unavailable. Unless you are literally the first person there, you will wait an hour or more to be seen, even tho they tell you 15 min. This combined with your service, you can be there for 2 1/2 hours easily. Because Charmaine is a great nail tech, I just made sure to make an appt for 9am! However, Mindy, "The Owner" (she reminds you at every turn) will not allow you to speak with or to her unless you gave an appt. So if you want to get input or know if she can do a particular design, etc you MUST go through Mindy, "The Owner". Unfortunately, because of her thick accent, it is almost impossible to understand what she is saying, especially over the phone :( When I went by the salon to get input on a special Super Bowl design, Mindy told me I was disrespectful and now refuses to do mine and my daughter's nails. I'm glad my regular nail tech is back in town. Sayonara Mindy!
