  • I've been with Greenstar for about 3 years and decided to cancel my services last week. Overall, they are a good company. $60 per service on a bi-weekly schedule is a great price and that's the main reason I've stayed with them for so long. The crew does a decent job, but it can vary depending on who you have, and they change somewhat regularly - about twice a year in my experience. The office staff is nice but never struck me as an over-the-top customer service friendly company.
