The reason why I have a problem with Teavana is because of the lack of customer service as well as lack of acknowledging their faults. They oversold on Tins during their sale this past December, with that my online order was not completed to its entirety. I was never made aware that my order could not be completed due to overselling (a flaw in their system). I had to contact them because my order actually was confirmed via email that it was all going to be shipped but on "my account" on their website said it was on "back order" so that is why I had to contact them. Back order to me means the product is delayed, so when I asked about a shopping date - That is when I find out that it is actually not getting shipped and oopsy "sorry for the inconvenience". So I said I bought 7 Tins to fill my 7 new teas that I purchased. That is when the truth comes out, Teavana said they ship the teas in an airtight bag and the tea will stay good for 6 mo. No need to buy Tins when they try to add them on to your purchase in the stores!
