| - Walked in with 25 minutes to spare to get to an appt just 1 exit away. I saw a lot of people waiting for drinks and hesitated to order, but did anyway. 25 minutes later I walked out with a different size than I ordered and very frustrated. The team members were so incompetent! They did not communicate or help each other. The guy making and calling out orders needed more assistance, he was completely in the weeds. He was friendly and apologized to everyone for the wait, but clearly nothing was being done to aid him.
He asked the girls making drinks what drink was in a blender and they said they didn't know - (oh guess, what that was my drink) When I said hey, can you check on my smoothie, he found it as the one he put aside because no one knew what it was - The employees "bumped," orders off their screens before they were even made - there is no organization or method to the madness. A girl that had been waiting 5 minutes, got her drinks before me.
These people need to be re-trained, this store needs major attention. Another woman asked for her money back and walked out - everyone in there, 10+ people, were completely dis-satisfied.
