  • We had purchased our new carpet through Lowe's and Cesar's is their independent installer. We scheduled for a Saturday install time and were told that they would arrive between 8-10. We moved all of our furniture, except 2 heavy pieces, downstairs, as they were going to replace the carpet on the stairs and second level of our townhouse. They arrived right before 10am, 2 men, one who spoke a little English and one who spoke better English. It is convenient that I am a teacher who is fluent in Spanish as it made the process easier. They got to work right away. They were able to move the heavy pieces with no problem as they have those slip strips that makes moving furniture easier. They just moved it to one room as they did the other room and then when they were done they moved it back. They tore up the old carpet and padding, scraped and swept up the dust and dander from the previous owner who had pets, and then laid down the new padding and carpet, finishing with a complete vacuuming of the entire new carpet. They were courteous, professional, hard working and it took them 5 and 1/2 hours to complete, with a lunch break that we provided for them with pizza and drinks. The carpet looks beautiful and we are extremely happy with the product and the installation. I highly recommend them and Lowe's. Office staff was always friendly and professional when I called to schedule the installation and again when I confirmed it the day before. They had access to our bathrooms if the needed them, and we gave water and soda to them when they needed it. You get what you give. We got great service and we gave them manners, food, and drink. Perfect job! Thank you!
