| - i recently bought a vehicle from this dealership. i had an amazing experience with my sales person, Kyle. I wish I cud say the same about their finance department. I was a cash buyer. I dealt with two finance people. I can not recall the name of the first, but the second, Jeff, well he was upset to have to deal with me since there was no commission for him. They only make money on financing or warranties. Since I was a cash buyer he had no incentive to even be polite. He straight up lied to me about accepting credit cards, I wanted to use one for the points I get, he said their machines were down. Later throughout the payment portion, when pressed he was essentially forced to take my credit card when I wanted to speak to management. When i indicated that I was considering writing a bad review he told me he did not want to sell me the car. I informed him that the salesman was great, the car was great, it was only him that was unprofessional and in essence a liar. I am only writing this review because his treatment of me was beyond rude. I do t normally write reviews but it came to my attention that this is his personality and demeanor with people. He is only incentivized by the ability to make a commission, since I didnt want an extended warranty and did not need his ridiculous financing, he felt like he had to print out paperwork for nothing. I could go on about the rude comments made to me...but ti what end...just know, the experience of finding a car was great with the sales person, however if you have your own ability to fonance you will most likely be treated poorly.
