  • Lived her for 2 years. Office was always nice, as were the maint. guys ( usually) Seems like they go thru them. Would have given 5 starts..but No apt. complex get 5 stars, mainly for the way they steal money from people in the way of MONTHLY pet fees. /begin Rant One time non-refun. deposits and refundable deposits make sense. But charging an additional fee per month? I still haven't had anyone really explain the logic in this. if I have a house broken small dog...pay a 150 non-refun. fee. Then I live there 4 years..paying 50 extra a month..they will have collected 2550 from me.....for what? After 4 years, they will replace the carpet automatically anyway..but the dog is small, and housebroken..so there is little to NO issues with the flooring. /end Rant Still a fairly decent place to live. Was pretty quiet most of the time. Had issues with the A/c a few times, but they were on it pretty quick.
