  • Cannot put enough emphasis on how very pleased we are with K & J Windows. We do our homework and had multiple companies show us their products and give us estimates. The salesperson Tony was not high pressure and very informative. The office staff was consistently friendly and helpful. To top it off we had the greatest crew of installers that we've ever dealt with! Mike, Nick and AJ were polite, professional, respectful of our home and belongings by making sure there were drop cloths on the floor and plastic covering furniture, and did not leave the job until they knew we were 100% satisfied. The product we went with has an excellent warranty and K & J says they stand behind their work. I have no doubt that is true. PS I didn't even want to get new windows, it was my husbands idea and now that they are in, I have no regrets. The noise reduction alone is worth every penny.
