  • After having some truly horrendous experiences at some other auto repair shops in town, I was so very wary and anxious about bringing my car to a new repair shop, it was beyond amusing. Not only was their receptionist patient, warm and knowledgeable, after my car was repaired (absolutely correctly I might add), the owner came out and answered my myriad of questions. He also accompanied me on the test drive and explained all about the testing procedures that had been used on the vehicle. At the risk of sounding repetitive, I still have to say......I couldn't have asked for anything more. The next time I have a problem with any of the cars, I will not need to spend more than a second figuring out where to take them- Mercie J's. Would I recommend them? Absolutely!
