  • This place is absolutely horrible and the staff is incredibly incompetent. At 10pm I brought my daughter here for a fever of 102.1 and got brought back into an exam room at 1030. After 15 minutes of waiting in the exam room, one of the medical assistants comes in and gives my daughter something for nausea and said the doctor would be right in. They had given her something and we had not even seen the doctor yet. So we waited. And waited. And waited. At this point we had been waiting for the doctor for an hour and a half and I'm usually very patient but my husband was getting pissed off. My husband goes into the hallway to find someone and couldn't find anyone so he left the door open. Then after a while, the medical assistant that had given my daughter medication, walked by our room, saw us there, and walked back to her desk and started telling another medical assistant "there's a patient in room 4." And the other one responded "no there isn't, the doctor saw them already." The first one then says "yes there is, I just walked by and the door is open." And you will not believe it, she responded "well the doctor left already." THEY ACTUALLY FORGOT WE WERE THERE. THE DOCTOR HAD SOMEONE GIVE HER MEDICATION AND NEVER EVEN SAW HER. We got up to get our copay and took our daughter to the ER where her fever had gone up to 103 and was diagnosed with the flu. What kind of business is this????? DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!!!!!
