rev:text	Absolutely horrible service from the ridiculously rude man at the front window. I guess someone likes to feel like they're fully in control, probably doesn't get any say anywhere else in his life so it must make him feel like a big man to be the biggest dick to everyone that goes to this place. He wouldn't let me or my girlfriend in to see her car after it was totaled in an accident and towed here, talking about like the owner needs to be there. I'm sure he just wants to keep the car impounded longer to make more money. I guess business must suck huh?? The guy that towed the car failed to mention that we would run into all this trouble and basically told us we can go whenever we want to get access to the car. So yeah, he doesn't know any more than his dickhead boss. I had to get my girlfriend out of the car and her foot was so banged up, she was walking with crutches and after barely getting to the window, he still wouldn't let us in. Also, after we told him what happened, he tried to sell us on one of his injury lawyers, who he claims si supposed to be 'the best in town'. Yeah, I'm sure anyone would be the best in town, probably because this asshole gets a percentage off of referring customers. After I told him I already got my lawyer involved, he even started bashing on the guy, saying that I shouldn't go with just anyone because they're interested only in publicity. I have worked in sales all my life and I know what it means to refer someone. Please don't try to sell me on your half ass lawyer friends who probably aren't able to get any business just like you can't get any due to being a rude disrespectful fuck. I only choose one star because there isn't a lower rating and if there was, I would request a lower rating than even that.
