  • We are giving this experience one star for the quality of the escape rooms, but the person that worked with us was beyond rude. He yelled at our group of teens for standing in front of HIS break room and putting their foot on HIS couch. He was critical and rude during the experience and to top it off told my husband that he needed to clean the bathroom. We will make sure to tell others to go elsewhere. There are plenty of other choices in Cleveland. Stay away!
