  • I called on Tuesday to schedule a windshield replacement and opted to bring the car in on Saturday. I received an email confirming my appointment. I get there and they aren't sure they have the windshield, the tech comes out and says it will get done, 15 minutes later he calls to tell me they don't have the windshield! Really, I have done business with Safelite for 20 years but not a day more. To add insult, I get an email thanking me for the work done. When I picked up the keys not one person spoke to me they just handed me the keys! Not an apology or anything. They don't deserve one star!!!
