  • This is the worst Chase on the corner of Gilbert Rd/Guadalupe location in the area when it comes to customer service. Manny Ramirez, Chase Banker asked "Can't you see your account online." When I stopped in to ask a question about my account. Like I was bothering him. Very rude and disrespectful. When I spoke with Dirk, the branch manager, all he had were excuses for Manny Ramirez behavior. Rewarding bad behavior. Obviously, these Chase employees don't realize without customers they wouldn't have a job. This is the second time I have had extremely poor service at this branch and I will certainly NEVER return.
