  • These stars are for "Rich"... Went to hardware to find a specialty nut n bolt. I don't bother sales reps unless I'm in a hurry or have given up hope looking. "Rich" however came to my assistance right away. We searched for my item together till I found what I was looking for. I asked for another item, and right away he got on his hand held item locater and gave me the right directions. I think Lowes is one of the most difficult stores to navigate for certain specified items. Out of all the employees, "Rich" was the only one to ask if I needed assistance.
