  • (Yonge St. location) Don't waste your time ! This was my observation: The girls there are snobby, unprofessional, lack motivation and customer service skills. I guess if you're only paid $10 bucks an hour why would you give a damn about the person sitting in your chair! If you are selling image how about their staff get a clue on how to dress professionally. They had no make-up on... and for the one or 2 who did it was not done very well. They didn't even have their own hair done to reflect any of the hair do's they sell! I was talking to some girls who had their hair done for prom there - only one out of the 4 was happy with their style. The rest had curl falling out of their hair.... looked like they coud've done it better themself and for FREE. Not a very good impression. If you look like crap - WHY would I let you touch my hair? I would rather go to my original hairstylist who invested in hair school and received proper training and know that the results will be lovely as always.
