  • I had a great experience there for my son, who is 11. Setting up an appointment was no problem. I filled out paperwork online, so when we arrived for the appointment, processing took less than five minutes. Our wait to go back was very short. The NP came in quickly, and wanted to hear about anything we had concerns with. The Dr came in soon afterwards and addressed everything we mentioned. I was given the option and chose to have issues dealt with immediately; no required return visit. I was out of there in less than an hour (but never felt rushed). The NP and Dr were both kind, patient and professional. In fact, the entire staff was pleasant to deal with. I will be recommending North Valley Dermatology to my family and friends.
