  • Maybe the worst place to rent a car EVER! To begin, they try tirelessly to add crap on your bill that you didn't ask for. example, sirius radio that they want to charge you $30 for. Really? Then they try to get you to buy pre paid gas and tell you it's only $12. So I did this and sales person printed out my receipt and its another $30 for gas and he tried saying some crap and finally said oh the gas is taxed at that rate so it $12 for gas but another $18 in taxes! Don't ever do it! I heard other agent yelling at client to buy their insurance. So ridiculous. After leaving check out hell, you then go to your car but the keys aren't in it. You have to go to desk in parking garage with multiple unhappy workers competing for most miserable of the year award. They give you your keys and tell you to fill out form and list if there is anything wrong with car. There has to be a better option for you.
