i just had to stop in to follow up to the comments left by my father and friend. not sure where the truth was skewed, but LOL.
being the one who was in the collision and reading the auto spas comments back to my family and friends actually has me laughing out loud. i'm not sure what bullshit was fed to management but i was specifically told by Jeremy, when i said i was going to call the police, to "not bother to call the police bc it's private property so they're not gonna do anything but if i don't want to listen to him then do what i want to do" SOOO, pretty sure no one was helpful and i just threw myself in my car and drove off. nice try though, cobblestone. also, i spoke to management upset that the other person involved was denying the damage caused to my car and was told that "it wasn't likely that the damage caused was by the other driver, but don't take it the wrong way"
it's funny bc upon the inspection given by the insurance company, i was informed there wasn't a shadow of a doubt that the damage was caused by the other driver and it lined up perfectly. but thanks anyway for your extremely incorrect "professional" opinion. it's appreciated.
the responses from cobblestone trying to blame shift onto me when in actuality it's they just have no idea what was said by their employee just further back up the point of the unprofessional staff.
i had a monthly membership but unfortunately since they wanted to BS and trust lying employees over their customers, ill be taking my business elsewhere and urge others to do the same.
