  • This was my first visit to Kildares. My SO and I had seen it once when we were heading to Sobey's in the Silverado area and we made mental note to come back. As far as pub food is concerned, Kildares is excellent. To start we ordered the truffle oil french fries. If a person wants to make anything more delicious, just add truffle oil. I swear it's this magical ingredient that just enhances flavour all around. I ordered a fried egg BLT (without the bacon) with a side of soup for my main. The sandwich was good. And the food was relatively fast. What was more impressive, however, was my side. The guiness soup had crab and all kinds of seafood deliciousness in it. Needless to say, we'll be back ot Kildares. Overall a very positive experience.
