Too long of a wait. 9:15am and one teller working because the other teller who was helping customers is cashing out for a new teller to take her line. The one teller that is working has been helping a business client with change for 16 minutes at this point. Luckily I'm the 3rd person in line and waited 20 minutes. When I left I counted 15 people in line. The most tellers they can have open anyway are 3 since the other teller windows have been blocked by a huge mural. I generally don't need to go to a window since I do most of my banking online or through the in-bank machines but the lines are unacceptable! Very poor customer service and this isn't the first time.
