  • Read the other reviews. This place markets themselves as a stand alone urgent care facility, but bills as a hospital. You will pay 3 to 4 times the normal rate for an urgent care visit here because of their deceptive billing practices. And if you ask up front what they bill you get the standard we can't provide that information until after we bill your insurance response. No one will tell you they misrepresent themselves as a hospital and will charge you much more than what they should as they are obviously a stand alone urgent care facility. Dignity healthcare has lost lawsuits because of their attempts to inflate their fees. I will be appealing the exorbitant fees with my insurance company who are to blame as well as they should not list this facility as an urgent care provider. This place bills insurance as the place of service being chandler hospital even though they are miles away from each other and legally should bill as a stand alone urgent care since that is what they in fact are. I also hope to file a complaint with the Arizona Department of Insurance for deceptive billing practices. Let market forces take their course and stay away from this place until they quit overcharging and bill correctly. There are plenty of other urgent cares that provide the same if not better service for much less money.
