  • Major props to the security team at the Downtown Grand. My phone was stolen in the casino and security caught the thief, took my phone, and contacted my husband within 10 minutes of the theft. So thankful for their quick work! Regarding the hotel itself, our room was spacious and very nice. Price was good and location can't be beat downtown. We will definitely be back.
