  • Last summer? Probably July/ August I went in to get my front rotors cut. I didn't make an appointment, so I expected to wait. After two hours they told my back ones needed to be cut too. So, another 90 minutes wait. They were done as the store was closing. On my way home there was terrible grinding, of course store closed. Went to the surprise location the next morning (Saturday) and they didn't have a tech on staff, they said they called the manager and that they were waiting for me back at the Avondale location. After 2 hours of even waiting they said that they just looked at the rotors and said that they had to wait that long because they were so hot they were purple that I most likely was driving with the emergency brake was engaged by my purse strap pulling on it... I said BS, I am not dumb, the light goes on with the slightest pull of the emergency brake. Don't blame me, this was your screw up and noise started 5 miles from the shop. They recut then and it was a 5 hour ordeal. Two weeks later there was now a knock noise when slowing down... didn't matter how fast or slow. Took it back in with an appointment and an hour later they call me and tell me that I need an air filter with my oil change, I said I'm hear for rotor issue, not an oil change!! After 3 1/2 hour wait, noises were gone and no more pulsating again. NO reimbursement of any sort for THREE visits to simply cut rotors, therefore the one star. Not even an apology for all the hassle. I even overheard... "hurry up on her car so we can get her out of her here, it's been almost 3 hours". 12 hours of my time completely wasted because your technician did something wrong, yet you tried to blame me, ironic I am female. I have owned sports cars and fully aware of calibers, boots, rotors, tire ratings for heat, etc. Shame on you... I will never use your facilities again and always tell people NOT to go to any of your shops. I ended up shelling out money weeks later because pulsating started again and just bought new rotors that I put on MYSELF! Perfect again.
