| - i lived there for two months. the owner of my condo was decent enough to let me out of the lease. it was costly, but it was worth it to get out.
the outside design looks good, but because of the weird angles and overhangs and dark recessed courtyards (full of tragically dying plants), the wi-fi is terrible or non-existent. the inside is tacky. the ventilation in the halls is horrible. there's no privacy and you can see everything (everything) going on in everyone else's unit. the one bright light is that the concierge service is great...but the management? yow! they're horrible. they are stuck down in a windowless dungeon below ground, so maybe they should be pitied, but they are miserable human beings. and they will go out of their way to make you miserable too. need a key to the gym? forget it, they can't figure out the paper work. need something fixed? you're kidding right? note: if you are moving in or out, the underground parking is so low that you have to move everything out of the moving truck on the street, then move it by hand down the ramp, across the parking lot and up the elevator- so budget time and $ accordingly. and for some reason all the doors are set on maximum resistance, so getting from the parking lot to the elevator always makes you wonder if this is the day you pop a rotator cuff. honestly, i don't know how the seniors in the building get in at all. i used to ask them, but they say they've given up trying to get the doors fixed. strike one more win for the miserable management team.
