  • I have had my fair share of terrible hair stylists (see previous reviews!), so whenever I move I'm always terrified. I talked to some of my neighbors and they referred me to Tonya at Elevation. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment with her, but it was worth it. The first time I went I only had her cut my hair. We got along really well, and she did a great job! I scheduled an appointment for color right away. I was nervous because I've had so many people turn my hair green or bright red - apparently my hair is difficult to color. Tonya got it right the first time! It was absolutely perfect. No one in Cleveland had been able to do that in the 3 years I was there. My hair has not looked this good since I lived in Cincinnati! Tonya is fun to talk to, and it's almost like a therapy session every time I go. I love the décor of the salon as well. It has fun colors, and seems a little whimsical or even "under the sea" themed. I do recommend booking appointments well in advance, but again, it is worth the wait!
