  • Too bad I can't rate minus stars. They promise speeds they couldn't deliver and billed us before we had service. When their tech showed up, he said we were signed up for their bottom-of-the-barrel speed. NOT what I signed up for. Sorry, that's all that's available in our area. In that case, we decline. The next day we receive our first bill. Okay, so call and get us off the list since there was no installation. Now, two months later, we are still receiving bills, this time supposedly for the tech house call to install (even though when I placed the order, they agreed to waive the tech install fee).
