| - My first and LAST time over here. I don't remember the name of the nurse, she was ok, nothing special, she advised me to get more units, which I did. On my way out to pay, there were 3 women at the counter, the one that took my payment asked me out loud : "Would you like to leave any gratuity to the nurse"? I couldn't believe she said that, she didn't give me the receipt, so I could write it down myself, she put me on the spot so I couldn't refuse, she was waiting for me to say the amount of the tip, in the meantime the other 2 women were staring at me as well waiting for my response, that was a very awkward moment. Well I paid "full price" for the extra amount of units of Botox, and I was pushed to say the tip's sum. I month went by and my forehead looked the same way before the botox application, two months after I never saw a change, I know "THAT BOTOX" was "watered down" or overly diluted, because I've never had that issue before at some other clinics or aesthetic spas (Senza Pelo, Physician skin solutions at Arrowhead), and the results lasted from 3 to 4 months. I went to Allure Medspa because at that time I was living in Phoenix just 10 minutes away from that place, otherwise I would have gone to the other places I mentioned before. I got ripped off!!! BEWARE OF THIS SPA in the middle of downtown Scottsdale where they don't even offer you a complimentary bottle of water to compensate their tricky, dishonest ways of doing business.
