| - So, I've reviewed this place before and do really like it. When I was living in Tempe it was the cheapest salon to do SNS. They've always done a great job on my nails, except for this last time when I visited and brought a friend. For the record, I have promoted this place like no other. I have sent so many people to get their nails done, and the one day I brought my friend I was really disappointed. I'm not sure if they're hiring new techs, but the gentleman that shaped my nails did an awful job. He clearly did not know what he was doing, and even though someone else came to fix the job there was still some un-evenness. Apart from that, my friend and I both got SNS done. She was really excited to get her nails done because this was her first time doing SNS, and not even three days after her mani several nails chipped off completely. Even my nails chipped, which has NEVER happened with an SNS manicure before. EVER. When we went back to get them fixed, I was disappointed that they didn't offer to fix my friend's nails for free. I was so embarrassed that the place I spoke of so highly couldn't offer my friend any refund. A discount at least would have been appreciated. I understand that salons are not responsible for how the nails turn out once you leave, but considering I was a frequent and loyal customer who convinced many customers to go for SNS I was disappointed with how they treated my friend. Also, the lady helping my friend said the powder didn't adhere to her nails because of a natural oil that her nail bed produces. Although that might be the case, I've had SNS done MANY times and never had an issue up until that day where even my polish chipped too. So I believe there was a step forgotten, or another issue with their powder that caused chippage in the most unusual way. Really disappointed with their response to my friend, and now that I don't live in Tempe I won't continue to go out of my way to see them.
