  • Ordered flowers and spoke with Nezza yesterday and specified flowers needed to be delivered by a specific time (before school got out at 2:20) and she assured me it would be on the first truck out first thing in the morning today and would make a note of it. Just got a call that they would be delivering by 5pm. It stated the business was a high school as well so who would be there at 5? Cancelled my order. What a let down.
