The owners customer service is what really lost our business. We had called and were looking for catering for our church volunteer luncheon. The owner put on a very nice attitude, but kept making excuses saying he would call me back. The first time I talked to him he said he would call me once he was home, and I did not hear back until the next day. Then the day before the event was to happen he called and stated he was driving that he would pull over and call me back in about ten minutes. The event has come and gone and still never received a call back. We were regular customers, loved the food and even referred many. Customer service is huge in my book - your customers are what keeps the business running. Sadly we will not be returning due to this fact and will no longer refer our friends and family. Especially coming from the owner, this was very disappointing, if they didn't want to help with our event, I would have been fine with them coming out and saying it, instead of dodging us.
