  • Just last year I had my A/C serviced by another company chosen by a home warranty company I had. Worst experience ever, took 1-2 weeks to finally get things fixed, pretty sure there was fraudulent charges they tried to get past on me until I called the home warranty company to investigate. No urgency from them at all during the peak of the summer. So when my A/C went out again this year, I did my research and chose wisely. So happy I went with A/C Doctors!! Best decision. Not only did they get us in the next day from when we called, but they showed up on time. They actually called to see if they could come by earlier which worked so much better for us. They assessed the A/C quickly, efficiently and thoroughly and explained everything as they did it. They replaced the part in under an hour and answered every question my fiancĂ© had and informed us that we should be able to get by another 2-3 years before replacement of the whole unit was needed as long as maintenance was kept up. We found our go-to A/C mechanics They were so personal, friendly, and knowledgeable. A much better experience then I had before. Definitely recommend !!
