  • I was very, very pleased with the cleaning services provided by Superb Maids and will definitely hire them again. I had originally schedule a cleaning for the Saturday before Easter but one of the cleaning crew who was to tend to our house was injured during an accident the day of. As such, I was texted and received a call in regards to rescheduling. I know some people would be upset by something like this, but accidents happen and I appreciated the straightforward communication and proactive efforts to contact me via multiple methods. We rescheduled for the Monday two days later. Our cleaners were Andrea and Mark. They were extremely friendly upon arrival and paid close attention as I showed them around the house. They had a few questions which showed that they actually cared about doing a good job. We have a small dachshund and they greeted him with joy - I know this is a small thing, but it is something I like to see when vendors come to our house. We left the premises while the cleaning was happening and returned 3.5 hours later. The team was finishing up - I saw Mark on his hands and knees scrubbing the tile underneath our futon to ensure that every last spec of dust was gone. I saw Andrea diligently working on our range grates, an attention to detail I've seldom seen. We were extremely satisfied with the state of our house after the cleaners left. The floor sparkled (we have tile throughout so it is a big job to clean), the bathrooms were great, and they even folded our hand towels into hearts in our master bathroom. Again, this is a small thing but I really appreciated it. Again, we will definitely use Superb Maids's services again and will almost certainly specifically request Andrea and Mark. They were great and we were extremely satisfied.
