  • Poor customer Service: Representative was abrasive and even before looking at my wet vac told me it wasn't worth and to just buy one of his products for $160. When told him I'd happy to pay $49.99 to have to my current machine looked at and then assess whether I needed a new one or not, he kept reminding me that the $49.99 estimate cost of looking at machine was non-refundable, like I didn't here it the 3 previous time he told me and when I acknowledged. When got call of repair needed which was one major issue (needed new pump which would cost $39.99) and they recommended a new cord. I informed him I'd like him to replace pump and I could replace cord myself, he stated he refused to work on the machine at all.
