  • Went in today around 12 pm. I have been there before and there was a really nice associate working there. Very customer service driven, good attitude. I think her name was Joleen. I may be wrong, however today was NOT the case at all. I looked around. I was greeted, however no interaction from either associate. I was going to make a purchase, however when I noticed how the sales associate was engaging with another customer I instantly changed my mind. There was an issue with paypal and she told the customer well you can call yourself. I dont have time to sit back here and call for you. Excuse me? No one was in the store! They sure weren't assisting me, not to mention they were holding a conversation about the customer when she stepped out. Very unprofessional! I just don't see what the issue was in her taking an extra step in assisting the customer. That could have also been a learning tool for her to be educated on what pay pal is informing customers so she would know how to properly move forward in handling future issues that may arise with paypal. I'll stick with the location near my home. I went there because it's near my gym, but I am big on customer service and that was not right how the customer was handled.
