  • I used to love going here but the place isn't how it used to be. I'm going to explain thoroughly why I'm giving such a poor review. 1. It's filthy!! Every time I enter the Titan room I get this black tar on my feet. Looks like I walked into a collision shop barefoot. The place is never cleaned. Every time I go to class I worry about getting some virus/infection. You would think they'd leave enough time in between classes to wipe down the floors/Mirrors/etc. that's definitely not the case. Other rooms are just as nasty. The bathrooms are filthy too. 2. When I first signed up (years ago), tips were optional. That's definitely not the case anymore. Now I'm consistently told I must tip each instructor to keep my yearly membership at the "low" cost it is. (Low meaning $399 per/yr which is clearly not "low". Think about it..if I tip $2-$4 (amount recommended by vegashot), I'd be adding an additional $40+ per month which comes out to an additional $480 per year. NOT WORTH IT!! And just recently...one instructor (won't mention names) ran out of the room once the class was over and stood next to the tip bin to make you feel extremely uncomfortable if you're walking out without throwing in some extra cash for her. TALK ABOUT RUDE! 3. The people that greet you are immature and often rude. Seems like a bunch of kids are running the place (probably why it's so unorganized and filthy). 4. The rooms are all separated. Some are upstairs while others are down. Kinda confusing at first. Also, vegashot is now packing rooms to the fullest. The Titan room where they conduct a lot of popular classes sometimes has some 70+ people in it. That's ridiculous when you only have one instructor. I can't make out what positions she's asking us to do so often I'm following the poses of others in the class (which are often incorrect). Sometimes you might even feel a drop or two from someone else's sweat coming onto you. There is a couple of positives worth noting. The place has a ton of classes from morning til night. There's also a great instructor named Danielle who's phenomenal! Anyhow, I was committed to this place since they opened but after I noticed all these issues I've decided I will no longer renew. I also won't be referring anyone there like I have done in the past. Hopefully they'll read these reviews and make the necessary changes that would help them not only build their business but continue to keep the clients that had signed on with them since day one.
