  • Being a first time homeowner is a little like being a first time parent...you worry over every single little thing! This March I had the good luck to be referred to Gordy for my home inspection. To say this man is a wealth of knowledge is the tip of the iceberg, he's also understanding of all the stress of a prospective homeowner and is very, very patient in his explanations. Fast forward...we buy the house and move in. Several months later, I noticed some cracks on the wall, and googled it...I just KNEW my beautiful new home had foundation damage. I called Gordy the next day and two days later he was there to re-inspect the home, free of charge. He patiently explained that the cracks I saw were normal and let me know what was common and what was out of the ordinary. He has my family's business for life!
