rev:text	I would give it less stars if the app let me. Let me first call out manager Christine Davis for atrocious customer service, there was a discrepancy with a non-valid chip I had received from another casino and she was rude and non-helpful in the extreme, in the end resorting to calling security on me for no reason other than not wanting to discuss the issue any further, exemplified by the fact that they had nothing to do but watch me leave as I was neither loud nor violent as I filed my complaint. The casino was run down, dirty and old, the staff was not helpful and downright impolite, and nothing about my visit would ever make me ever want to step foot in that awful, filthy, dingy place again. And because I cannot say it enough, Christine Davis is an AWFUL manager who should be fired. Does Christine Davis even realize how awful a manager she is or how she failed to do anything to help my situation in the slightest bit tonight? Does she even realize her choice to immediately call security because she could not handle a customer who had been taken advantage of will result in many posts like this, commentating on her failure as a manager in the modern world and need to adapt to a more amenable way to deal with customers and their concerns besides dumpling them on security because she feels they are beneath her. Get off your high horse lady, I deserve the same respect as everybody else, even if you look down on me for being taken advantage of by a charlatan at another casino, that is no reason for you to treat me like an interloper disrupting your night. I will never set foot in the Stratosphere again because of the piss-poor treatment of you and your staff.
