Visited the the store today after receiving an advertised email about new product in stock. Once in the store I realized the product was not on the floor, found the employees standing behind the register. I asked for the product which was advertised in the email, and her response was "its in a box in the back"...expecting her to say something, anything more.
At which point I realized it wasn't going to happen, I probed her for more information about the status of the product and when it might be available to purchase. She responds with "I might be able to get it out in a few minutes"....guess what the few minutes never came.
You would think that if you had a customer with cash in hand ready to buy your product you would have a sense of urgency to sell it?!?
Places I would recommend instead of Scrappin Time for crafting & scrapbooking:
Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Joann's. Online-Scrapbook.com & A Cherry on Top.com (good service, shipping deals & good product)
