  • This is review is based on the use of a Groupon. I was really happy with my experience at Expo. They were professional and friendly, which doesn't always go hand in hand when redeeming deal coupons. Appointment was easy to make. I had a cut, colour, and full highlights. Total time in salon was roughly 3 hours. It's a small space with 3 women working at the time. They were chatty or quiet based on the clientele, which I appreciate because I don't always want to engage in small talk, nor do I like dead silence. A tv plays in the background, strictly daytime talk shows. They offer coffee, water and chocolate throughout your service which is a nice touch. My hair was long, so there was a bonus charge for that and also for toner. I was told about the charges up front and they were very reasonable. With the long hair fee, toner and tax on the groupon, I believe the extra charges were about $45 or so, not bad. I'll happily return to Expo hair for a touch up once my roots start to grow out.
