rev:text	Worse service ever. Dropped my car off for brake check and ac check at 9am (ac blew cool air but not cold enough for the vegas heat) at 9am. Had not heard anything back so i called at 1. They had not even pulled it into a bay. Finally got a call at 3. It needs a compressor. compressor is weak. Ok, it's the wife car; so she says not to do anything yet, just put it back together and she will weigh her options. Get call to pick up vehicle. Take a lyft to go pick up car. Pick up car; get in car and notice Ac now feels like heater. Having used to work at firestone i kind of know a few things and came to conclusion that possibly when the tech had disconnected it from the ac machine what freon was in the system may have come out. I call the following day explain my situation and was told "bring it in at 2 and we will shoot some freon in it real quick. I show up at 2 and am told to drop it off because it will be a few hours and also it's $140. I am not one of these people trying to get free work on their car (having worked at firestone previously i saw this all the time). I am just trying to get the car to where it was before you looked at it. I was so upset that i left. I called again and told them that i had wasted enough of my weekend going back and forth up there and to tell me a time and day that i could bring it back where i could have it done in an hour (all the tech has to do is connect it to machine and walk away and it beeps when its done). I was told no appointments were available for the WEEK. Even though i decided to move on with my career; i still go to firestone due to service and training they give their staff but this store by far is the worse.
