| - For Ramen, this is THE place for it in Vegas. There are no better alternatives. In a small cream color building, they really décor the place quite well, it really had a Japanese ramen cart feel to it. They are located on Spring Mountain Road within blocks of Chinatown.
We had some Seared Chashu for starter, they were excellent with a perfect balance in tender and crisp. They serve Hakata style ramen, even though Tonkotsu was originated from that region, we were in the mood to try something else.
For the daring souls such as myself, you cannot go wrong with the Killer Spicy Shoyu Ramen. The broth and spices just go so well together, and the level of heat was at the right level for me. We also had a bowl of Deluxe Miso Ramen, and the miso broth was quite tasty as well. Their chashu was quite big compare to other ramen joints I visited.
Ramen Sora, most likely the only place I know for sure that I can get a nice bowl of ramen in Vegas. The server was excellent, and their tables turn over so fast, there were already a few groups waiting at the door after we were done eating.
