  • I was on a quick break from Money2020 and I had a guy approach me from this store. I literally had o chance to say no before another guy who said he had only 5 minutes before he had to leave but he would do me a favor because this product was so great. I asked if it would take off any of my makeup and he said no but to give it a chance. I regretfully said ok and immediately he started wiping my face off and putting the "skin tightener" on only half my face. He continued with his crazy sales pitch. I again regretfully gave in because the first two minutes my forehead looked "felt" tight. ONLY after I paid did he say he would do the other half. I should mention that he had a strong accent when I came in. He finished my face and I walked out so confused on all that had happened. I was out $200 when I left and just felt so uneasy with had just happened. I should never feel bad about a purchase. Within 15 minutes my eyes started to burn, burn bad. The serum was hurting around my eyes. I went to look in the mirror to wash out the eyes and my entire face was so white!! I was so embarrassed. I barely rubbed off the white and IMMEDIATELY my face looked exactly the same as prior to the "magic serum" he said it would last a full 30 days!!! What a joke, it didn't even last half of a face wash that was less than 30 minutes. I immediately walked back to the store explaining my burning eyes and the accent guy must not have recognized me because he said "what's up" with NO accent. He said he was from Italy or something and had somewhere to be and now acting like a totally different person!! WHAT?!?!? I demanded a refund and complained about my eyes burning. I immediately went to urgent care after with the full intent to contact my lawyers. What a con artists of a store!!!! He was reluctant at first to give me a refund. There was a lady in there who was getting the same forced sales pitch. I threatened to go to tell her le my face was feeling and to see how my wrinkles were totally back despite just putting on the magic cream. He then stared to whisper saying "ok, ok, ok" within minutes he refunded and said you can go. I cannot get out what a SCAM this place is!!!!!!!!!! I will be reaching out to the BBB with the full complaint, pictures of my face and my bright red burning eyes!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PLACE IN VEGAS!!!
